Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to submit a return request within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your goods.

Return Eligibility

Your item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories and labels intact. A valid order receipt or purchase proof is required for all return requests. Important Terms:

1. Returns caused by personal reasons (size mismatch, dislike, changed mind and other non-defective issues) are acceptable, but all return shipping costs shall be fully covered by the buyer.

2. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product has man-made damage, missing parts, lost original packaging or obvious signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return application is approved, we will send you a dedicated return shipping label together with detailed shipping guidelines. Any packages sent back without prior authorized return requests will be rejected directly. For any inquiries about returns, feel free to reach us via the email above anytime.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please fully inspect your package right after delivery. If the product arrives defective, broken or you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos or video evidence. We will assess your case and provide a proper solution at our cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for returns:

Clearance sale items and gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, send us an email for confirmation.

Exchanges

We do not support direct exchanges. The most efficient solution is to submit a return for your current item, and place a new separate order for your desired product after the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union, you enjoy a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your order or return goods within 14 days without stating any reason. The same return eligibility rules apply: goods must remain unused with complete original packaging, labels and purchase proof.

Refund Information

We will send you an email notification after we receive and inspect your returned package to inform you of the refund result. If your refund is approved, funds will be issued back to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require extra processing time for the fund to show up in your account.
